Trapezoidal Screws and Ball Screws
Gradel Baudin manufactures a variety of trapezoidal screws and ball screws for a multitude of applications. Gradel Baudin's trapezoidal screws come in a precision range 1045 (C45), a standard range 1015 (C15), or a stainless steel range (316L). Ball screws are manufactured out of high quality carbon alloy steels such as C55R and CF53. Manufactured using roller burnishing, these screws have increased lifespan, efficiency, and movement fluidity.
RPTS 1045 (C45) Steel Trapezoidal Lead Screws
Our premium trapezoidal screws in 1045 (C45) steel, obtained by cold deformation (rolling) according to ISO 2901/2902 and DIN103 in tolerance 7e. These lead screws are appreciated for their excellent straightness characteristics, precision of pitch, and their great resistance. We produce single thread on the right and left and double thread on the right in length of 3 meters up to Ø28 included and in 6 meters beyond.
RTS 1015 (C15) Steel Trapezoidal Lead Screws

RATS 316L Stainless Steel Trapezoidal Lead Screws
Our premium trapezoidal screws in 316L stainless steel are obtained by cold deformation (rolling) according to ISO 2901/2902 and DIN103 in tolerance 7e. These lead screws are appreciated for their excellent characteristics of straightness, precision of pitch, and their great resistance. We produce single thread on the right and left and double thread on the right in length of 3 meters up to Ø28 included and in 6 meters beyond. Stainless steel 316L is relatively a lower carbon austentic steel than 316 stainless steel. This steel is also immune from sensitization and is therefore often used in heavy gauge welded components.
